Step Aerobics 

Geared toward a higher cardio and lower intensity workout to make it easier on the body, especially the joints. Can be a great way to get a heart pumping workout in while reducing the risk of injury. All skill levels welcome.
Perform traditional weight-training moes in this non-aerobic, muscle toning class, focused on core strength. Uses exercise bands, dumbbells, and exercise balls.

Aerobic exercise done in waist deep water in our heated swimming pool. Perfect for those with joint issues or chronic pain.
Group cycling class is interval training at its best: calorie burning, high-intensity, muscle building workout. Class is conducted on specially designed stationary bikes. Participants can work at their own intensity and speed.
A fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting workout. Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All skill levels.
Consistent poses in flowing transition wiht a focus on core strength, cardiovasular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. Build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups . Challenging but perfect for all skill level.

Gentle yoga is considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, meditative, or restorative. Designed for those that want a softer, nurturing, slow paced routine.
Consistent poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovasular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. Build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups . Challenging but perfect for all skill level.
Teaches you to flow with your breath and will focus on building core strength. Stretches and relaxes the body, all while inreasing body awareness.
