Arts and Crafts Bazzaar 2012

Dear Artists,

We would like you to be a part of our annual arts and crafts bazaar!  The event will take place on Friday November 2nd from 11am-7pm and Saturday November 3rd 10am-5pm.

The rates are as follows:
Booth Space( 8 X 10): $48 (1 table included in cost)Extra Tables: $5
  Electric $5 (only available in certain areas)

Exhibitor set-up times:
Thursday, November 1st6pm-8pm
Friday, November 2nd8am-11am (show opens at 11am)


Please fill out and return the form below. $24 per booth space will be due now to reserve your booth. The remainder of the booth fee will be due by September 1, 2012.  ONLY hand made items are accepted!
