Spin 

Spin- Instructed by Regina Erlewein or Renee McCullum, Spin, or group cycling class is an interval training at its very best: a calorie burning, high-intensity, muscle building workout that offers the perfect way to train. Indoor cycling on a stationary bike utilizes specially designed bikes that allow you to burn 400-600 calories in a 45-minute workout. Participants can work at their own intensity and speed making it great for all skill levels!

Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting- Instructed by Renee McCullum or Regina Erlewein, Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Low Impact

Low Impact- Instructed by Colleen Seidner, low impact is geared towards a higher cardio and lower intensity to make it less hard on the body, especially the joints, and can be a great way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury. All skill levels welcome!

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics- Instructed by Zsani Hoover, Diane Thompson, Pat Fallis, and Cathy Ray, water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise done in our heated pool. Done mostly vertically, and without swimming, in typically waist deep or deeper water, to achieve more of a resistance training to your aerobic routine. Perfect for people who have issues with joints or pain.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, Gentle yoga is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, or restorative. Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.

Yoga FLow

Yoga Flow- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, All levels welcome! A yoga class that teaches you to flow with your breath and will also focus on building core strength. Stretches, relaxes, and increases body awareness.

Zumba

Zumba- Instructed by Jessica VanNatta, Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop and Bollywood.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, Step aerobics is a choregraphed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform. Step aerobics provides a high-intensity, low-impact workout that will give you the results you want without a lot of effort. Step aerobics offers many health and economic benefits and the routine can be easily adapted to fit your needs. Open to all skill levels!

Pilates

Pilates- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. This class will start with the basics so you can advance at your own pace.
