Spin 

Spin- Instructed by Regina Erlewein or Renee McCullum, Spin, or group cycling class is an interval training at its very best: a calorie burning, high-intensity, muscle building workout that offers the perfect way to train. Indoor cycling on a stationary bike utilizes specially designed bikes that allow you to burn 400-600 calories in a 45-minute workout. Participants can work at their own intensity and speed making it great for all skill levels!

Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting- Instructed by Renee McCullum or Regina Erlewein, Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Low Impact

Low Impact- Instructed by Colleen Seidner, low impact is geared towards a higher cardio and lower intensity to make it less hard on the body, especially the joints, and can be a great way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury. All skill levels welcome!

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics- Instructed by Zsani Hoover, Diane Thompson, Pat Fallis, and Cathy Ray, water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise done in our heated pool. Done mostly vertically, and without swimming, in typically waist deep or deeper water, to achieve more of a resistance training to your aerobic routine. Perfect for people who have issues with joints or pain.

Yoga 

Yoga- Instructed by Natalie Bussell, yoga is a challenging class (that can be done at any skill level) of consistent poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. We will build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining safe alignment to reduce the risk of injury.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, Gentle yoga is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, or restorative. Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.

Recover & Restore Yoga

Recover & Restore Yoga- Instructed by Natalie Bussell, This class is great for people who lift weights and do cardio through the week that are in need of a little muscle recovery come Friday! Perfect for beginners or experienced students, the class will begin with stretching tight and sore muscles and lead into balance and strengthening poses. The session ends with breathing exercises and meditation to rejuvenate the mind. You will leave this class feeling calm, relaxed, and ready for the weekend.

Pound

Pound- Instructed by Ashley Bostic, Pound Fitness is a combination or cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Colorful, lightweight (1/4 lbs.) drumsticks called "ripstix" add an element of fun to Pound while they help exercisers count out the length of time they hold certain positions. This high energy class helps build your core while rocking out to some of your favorite songs. All skill levels welcome.

Ampd Resistance

AMPD Resistance- Instructed by Ashley Bostick, we take resistance bands to a whole new level with AMPD Resistance! This group fitness class combines a traditional resistance training program with choregraphed moves for a 60-minute class that tones, sculpts, and strengthens the entire body. Safe for all fitness levels, resistance bands are lightweight, and resistance can be modified based on abilities or preference.

Pilates- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. This class will start with the basics so you can advance at your own pace.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics- Instructed by Joni Rigoli, Step aerobics is a choregraphed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform. Step aerobics provides a high-intensity, low-impact workout that will give you the results you want without a lot of effort. Step aerobics offers many health and economic benefits and the routine can be easily adapted to fit your needs. Open to all skill levels!
